The hotel provided spotless rooms for the event in Dagenham, but there was an additional £5 car parking fee on top of the room rate. The service was excellent with newspaper service available.

I found the hotel to be a pleasant surprise with a quiet and comfortable stay. Despite being on the ground floor facing a busy road, we experienced no noise disturbances, ensuring a good night's sleep. The room met basic premier inn standards, perfect for a weekend getaway, though we discovered this late with no opportunity to change rooms.

Upon arrival, I was welcomed by a very helpful receptionist, although the room had a subtle hint of mould, it was overall clean and tidy with tea and coffee making facilities. Just a minor issue with dusting in the corners near the skirtings. The location turned out to be a gem despite being discovered late, just missing out on a room change opportunity. Comfy beds, excellent value for money, and a clean environment awaited me. The dining experience at the Brewers Fayre was superb, offering a hot and wide selection that didn't break the bank.

The hotel had a modern double shower and adjustable air conditioner, which was perfect for our family of 4 attending an event in Dagenham. The rooms had a comfortable bed and after some airing out, they smelt okay. However, we found out late that we couldn't change rooms, which was a bit inconvenient.

Staying on the ground floor was a pleasant surprise as the rooms were spotless and very quiet during the night. The foam mattress was comfortable, and the customer service was top-notch. However, the room temperature was a bit too hot for my liking.
